Mindful Mentoring 1:1
Life transitions can be tricky. Mindful Mentoring is a process Mark has developed to assist individuals during seasons of change. The 4core elements of Mindful Mentoring are:
1) Mentoring relationship. Founded on trust and mutual respect, the mentoring relationship provides the safety for individuals to undertake personal transformation work.
2) Movement. Participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking or skateboarding leverages the therapeutic benefits of exercise and time in nature we enhance positive emotional resources that enable change to take place.
3) Making. Cultivating healthy creative expression through mediums such as drawing, poetry, and photography. Participants are encouraged to creatively explore life experiences, producing meaningful artefacts.
4) Mindfulness. A combination of psychosocial education to enhance awareness of the mind, body connection, coupled with actionable meditation practices to establish and maintain lasting changes.
